start UT3 editor ，open Unreal Tournament 3\UTGame\CookedPC\Sounds\INT\A_Announcer_Status.up k and
Listen the "ANNOUNCER_FEMALEUT_01_FULL" ,UT99 is back!!!!!!

It's got Unreal content.
The announcements in Morbias are from the Vortex Rikers.

nice find, I just wish I could choose my announcers in UT3 by myself like in UT2k4, because the UT99 announcers were the best.
