What are your funniest experience in UT3?

Had a game on the PFC Suspense server today (again) and then Polish came in. I wanted to know if he's really such a good Manta driver and just a few seconds after I typed in the message and sent it I was roadkilled by him. That was his answer. Seems like he is

The match just started and when my PC was done with loading that map I spawned and went out of the Goliath spawnpoints. Our Goliath was just taken by a teammember when I passed it. Then I saw a Manta coming towards me falling down from the sky and trying to squash me and in the same second when it touched my body in fake death mode the Goliath driver shot it and he has been killed and I was thrown into the air. This looked hilarious It looked like he squashed me and this caused an explosion or whatever, lol.
Btw, I survived with 100hp! (YAY! \o/ )

EDIT: @tetrahedron: Name all three, I'm curious I bet one of them is jumping from a high platform and shooting down so that you fly into your own Link Gun projectiles.

I haven't tried falling into them. I'm guessing it wouldn't work, considering link plasma moves at about 220mph. And unless I'm very mistaken, people don't tend to fall that fast.

I just thought of a fourth way that could possibly work, so here are the four:

--Shoot a link bolt and immediately get on your hoverboard. You've probably killed yourself with rockets by doing this accidentally, but it also happens to damage you if you use flak, link, or stinger secondary.
--Stand near a vehicle, close enough so that the enter symbol appears. Then shoot a link bolt at the vehicle and immediately get in the vehicle. Getting in causes your position to jump instantly from where you're standing to the vehicle, causing you to hit your vehicle with the bolt. This causes damage using any projectile, and can even be a good way to almost destroy vehicles you don't want hijacked.
--Shoot some link bolts into a slow field and run around to the other side of the slow field. You will need to get on your board as they hit you however, otherwise they will go right through you.
--My new idea: Place a translocator disc on the other side of a large map (Facing Worlds would probably be good). Then shoot some bolts, teleport, and get on your board and let them hit you.

Offline, you could also use the playersonly console command to freeze them and do like you would with the slowfield.

BTW, never question Polish's manta skillz, he is mantaking and always will be.

I was playing in some team "last man standing" mode on a german server and had crazy high ping times. Also, I'm noobish anyways. They were all sort of laughing at how incredibly bad I was. I did win us a round, though... running away cowardly backwards down a flight of stairs I launched a flak bomb up the stairwell into someone's face FTW.

I was playing Instant Action Team DM offline with some bots set on masterful and Akasha somehow wouldn't die! I respawned several times to get revenge and she kept killing me!
She even outkilled all my red team members too!

Question is: can a bot activate god mode in game somehow???

The funniest thing happened to me when i was playing UT3 Demo on my friends notebook. We were playing VCTF and it was 4 (us) vs. 5 (other team) (pretty good number considering it was demo). Well the other team just sucked. The score was 2:0. We managed to get the whole team to the base with no fatal injuries. One of our guys got the flag. To increase the level of humiliation, we decided to go on foot over the bridge. When we got on the bridge, the flag carrier ducked, started taunting (eff yeah, ownage, ownage, eff yeah, eff yeah...) and walked for about two minutes like that until he got into our base. No matter how much the other team tried, even tho we were laughing like a bunch of pus*ies, they didn't stand a chance against the power of pWnZZZZoRzzzz. I always have to smile when I remember that. The after-game chat was very interesting

Another funny thing happened to me on the Onyx Coast (the 360 version). There was leviathan by the enemy base. I took out the shock rifle (was pretty far from it) and shot it just once. It exploded. Felt really good My teammates probably did it some good damage before they died. Or maybe the guy in the leviathan was too afraid to face me so he rather triggered self destruction. Rare and epic moment.

WHAT???? I didn't know you could self-destruct the leviathan!!! If someone knows how to do this could you please tell me? (I don't know if this makes a difference but I play on the XBOX360)

Edit: NVM He probably just saw it explode like it does when someone finally kills it....

On VCTF-Stranded (Titan Greed) I was on the blue team and had 30+ skulls heading into enemy base in a scorpion. I self destruct ejected at the tree in front of the goal, just before that a titan on my team was killed and the titan death explosion shot me way up in the air. That titan explosion also killed an enemy titan camping the goal but I was able to float down and score a split second before the enemy titan death explosion went off.

Also, rejecting MechickVag with an Enforcer when he was right at the goal with 266 skulls on Lost Cause. VIDEO

Those two parts of the ragdolls were floating in the air, it was quite funny because the body was immediately in this form when I have been killed.
This happened just a few minutes ago on the [GER|PFC] Suspense Only server.

PS: This was probably one of the worst matches I had (what concerns the score and the actions I did). Just a few spontaneous headshots and one flag cap. At least not the last one on the scoreboard and I think I was best or 2nd in my team, not sure anymore (lost 2-7 or 8, forgot the exact score). :/

This rag doll issue happens to me a lot in BTA. Maybe every 1/10 matches
