why wont maps dowload for me on servers?

iam tired of getting kicked out of a server becuase i dont have the custom map that was voted in.after it kicks me it says invalid url(map name).so this being sayed why wont the custom maps auto download for me.can someone please help with this...thanks

It may be an issue with the server's redirect. Are you sure this happens on multiple servers?

yes on on every server/gametype iam on voted for a custom map kicks me and says invalid url(map name) or servers i try to join that are playing custom at that moment just sits there and just says connecting but never connects
