unreal anthology install problem

hi i seem to keep getting a error message every time i try to load the box set of unreal anthology .. it reads feature tranfer error
feature direct x 9 error the request could not be performed because of an i/o device error

Is your install-cd clean? (no scratch?) It may happen when the install program cannot read correctly the cd.

Try copying over all the contents of the dvd to the harddrive first then install. Will also be able to find te exact file that's corrupt if any. If you find one try cleaning the cd and try to copy that file over again.

Unreal Anthology doesn't even include UT3.. Wrong forum?
