I would take the opinion of someone with "banned" in their forum name with a huge grain of salt.

UT3, while it does have a few shortcomings, is a great game. I rarely have any trouble finding a fun game online.

Thank God there are enough modders still out there that are slowly making this version of UT fun to play.

I would have to say "Yes" buy it. It's cheap.
