It is an alphabetical list of the 10 finalists, yes. But its not a 'Top 10' as such, as that implies a list already organised into the likely winners and losers.
Good luck though Did you manage to get all the collision gremlins worked out of Valhara before submission? I noticed they were still present when I played it recently, but it could have been an old version perhaps.
