Euxeus please have 1 captain from each clan come here, say what clan they are and how many players they will have.
IRC is just not something we use very often so lets be neutral and get together here please. king or I will post something in IRC but they have to be directed here to speak not IRC. After this event thext thing will 12 v 12 America vs Europe. So lets stay on neutral turf.

you use IRC we use Xfire so medium is Epic forums.

We need 4 full clans with 6-8 players each. No exceptions.

We need to make sure we start on the scheduled time.

I already have Hybrid and Euxeus emails, Need to know name of each clan and # of players.
Armagedon Clan (Biohazard) we need email address and a minimum of 6 players, ideal is 8. (PM me)

If all 4 of you are different clans then we are good to go. After teams and rules are set Kingofscots will be in charge of the festivities. I will supervise from a distance.


To give you and idea of what happened last night, we had extra players because we all have a life so in some cases one clan may have to cover the other clan with their extra players. Our main objective is for schedules to be respected so be aware that after setting date and time this has to be followed to the dot. Some people might have real life issues to take care of so let make sure everything runs on time.

Substituting clan members can happen during any stage of the game, as long as they are part of either clan in game. The minimum # of players per clan in game is 4. Spectating will not be allowed. PUB vent will be available for both teams if needed.


Please send me the information pending above so I can start organization.

If there are more clans that cover the requirements and are ready to go please do not hesitate to contact me and follow same criteria.

The Americans you don't have to concern yourselves with.
It's the Canadians you should worry about :P

Got your message, going to 6 clans sounds great under theory but leaves a lot more room to stretch thin and mess up. We will start with 4 clans and later on we will do full on mixer with 6 clans. But Usually there are 4 clans that are the most consistent and stand out the most and that's what we want to start an event, later on we will integrate more options. This thread is going to stay with current format.

Euxeus and Bio are both from »A«, so you still need another clan I call sXs to team up with us

Yes, there's at least 7 EU clans that are still competing in the clanbase Warfare ladder. But don't rely on them to check here, like I said go to the IRC channels to speak to them.
It'd be good to get Mi5 and skin involved.
