Why you closed the thread about recent events with midway?

I dont give a sh*t about Midway, i just wanted to know will this impact on the release date plans for Epic's UT3 expansion, nothing more. And maybe because of this the expansion will cost more because of the different publisher...

They already did the "sports franchise" thing and failed.

Yeah I know, that was something else wasn't it?
But not E.A sports, Just E.A...
And not in the sports fashion they tried with the 2k3\2k4 series...
just have them release it.

I think it would be a nice analysis of what could possibly happen with our UT3 expansion. If epic would say something officialy at this moment would be a cleaver move.

Until something definitively happens with Midway it's merely conjecture. Tho about the expansion itself, a few basic details, like;on which platforms, free or retail? Wouldn't hurt would it.

now im not sure which thread was closed or why but i actually logged in just to ask about this particular event, The Midway deal and such.

just was wondering how this affects the upcoming expansion or the UT3 game in general ? .... as Midway is its current publisher. Im sure right now there were already safe guards and business moves being made well before this was made public but nothing set in stone yet but a little direct feedback would be good.

Goto to the Midway forums and ask about Midways financial problems there.
As far as any impact on the UT franchise...Midway doesn't develop the UT series. Epic does...Epic can go to (almost) any game publisher and have them release it, no sweat, problem solved.
