i have problem with the game

Hey All

Listen i have an problem with my unreal when i wanna play in warfare its doing loading and then in the middle of the loading... its just does my screen black and doing the error of not reponding (send/dont send) i think the files of the game are not good if im right so i have a question there is game files download so ill play normaly?
