3rd person view option for multiplayer?

Is there a 3rd person view option for multiplayer yet in patch 1.3? I really like the 3rd person FPS aesthetic...

There are plenty of mutators that allow this, but doubtful any servers are running it.
UT2004 by default allows 3rd person if the server has it enabled, but you have to toggle it with F4 or whatever key it's bound to.
