No 3rd person view?

Hello I am a newb to UT3 having only just bought it yesterday. I did play Unreal Championship 2 on XBOX live and now I am sorely missing the 3rd person view. IS this not possible or am I just blind?

Theres this mutator which creates an over the shoulder view, or offline you could type "behindview"

But if its xbox then you can't do it.
