Custom model/skin affects ingame abilities

i was wondering if it is possible that custom models/skins can affect your ingame abilities, such as agility and speed
does anyone know if that is possible?
i am asking, because i recently got a custom model, and i feel like im running faster ... [or could that be the server settings?]

It's possible, but if it were implemented I'm pretty sure it would show up in the scripts, and people would know about it.

I've seen people agitate for such things, but nope don't think so.
