I am able to download the map ands all other files by when it comes to actually getting in the server it stops short. itll download and ill see the loading screen and then it times out. it doesnt say ive been banned but it doesnt make sense otherwise. can someone show me what the banned screen looks like?

Id also like to point out that there are actual people in the server when i try to join m ost times. its the hedsteem server. ive tried everythinh from reinstalling the game to downloading the map packs prior to trying to get in. -
