So I tried searching for this, but I wasn't getting much help with the search engines. Thought I'd give a shot on the forums.

I am trying to host a UT3 game on my XBOX360, and I don't have anyone join the game. I assume this is because my ports are mapped properly to allow people to access my XBOX.

I opened up ports 3074 and 88 as suggested by XBOX.
(I'd try to DMZ the IP, but I haven't figured out where to do that on my router yet)

Are there any other I need to open to allow hosting of games?

Is there something I'm overlooking?
