    Making Mods...

    I own tha PS3 ver. of UT3... i want to know if i need to purchase the PC version to make mods or if i could download it elsewhere?

    Yes you do have to own the PC version to make mods as all the tools come with the pc version only.

      On the bright side the PC version can be found for $20 and less now
