    Er.. mouse acceleration

So... I played UT2004 for the first time a few weeks ago. The default mouse acceleration is 3.00, so I tweaked it down to 2.00 and found my aim was far better!

What's the equivelant in UT3? My current is 1500

1500 in UT3 corresponds to mouse sensitivity. It has nothing to do with acceleration.
Acceleration in UT3 is turned on with the mouse smoothing option. You cannot set the amount of acceleration (maybe tweaking the inis, I don't know).
However, you really shouldnt use any acceleration.

            Kiyoka , I used this info From neXus1 & Aco24:
            http://prounreal.com/forums/viewtopi...ef3a0ec0991877
Why UT3 default is so bad I haven't got a clue(but it undoubtably is)

The search doesn't always bring up the Epic page btw MLK

I seem to notice mouse acceleration despite bViewAcelleration set to false and mouse smoothing turned off. I was wondering if the method shown in the prounreal forum post fully disabled the mouse acceleration ?

For WinXP u can use the cpl mouse fix to totally disable acceleration.Google it n u can find it in many sites. If u dont like it u can undo what it does by running it again if i remember right.
