Hello everyone!
I just signed up on the forums, and I thought it would only be right for me to introduce myself.
I've signed up so that I can educate and share my knowledge of game design and 3D arts; I hope to be making my own maps and small mods with in the next few months.
I've been editing levels and game assets since wolf 3d all the way up to quake 2. I fiddled around with other level editors here and there (mainly just poking around in the previous UT titles), and now I am ready to get back into it on a more serious and frequent basis.
My modeling experience is all 6 years old, and it seems A LOT has changed in that time lol. So I am slowly churning away at that.
I am particularly interested in learning more about kismet. That REALLY interests me.
Anyways; if anybody has any tips, links, or anything for somebody re-learn how to invent a wheel lol let me know. I'm pretty sure it will be about 2 hours before I make my first noob post :P
