So to have a clan tag in UT3 you actually have to have it as part of your gamertag? Since I do not see an option to add clan tags to the front of your name in UT3 (like in COD4).

But that still doesn't help the fact that it is next to impossible to get a party together on the same team and keep them there through several games.

Not true. It takes some work but it's possible.
