[Voice] Am I supposed to see a player icon to the left when I am talking?

Also I have the VOIP gate threshold set to default 0.1, and people still can't hear me unless I'm eating my mic... It would be nice if the game had an input meter and a TESTING menu so you hear how you sound. People hear me fine in teamspeak, I would like to know what the hell is going on with my input with UT3 that makes it so they cannot hear me.

p.s. It's sad barely no one is playing this game anymore... Get in game more people!
