is the offical patch 1.3 for pc out yet?

No but beta3 is out. That means it's very likely we will see the official patch released soon.

beta1 of patch 3 was released a month ago.
Some things it introduced was mapvoting before the game ended (very usefull), showing the players of the server in server browser and much more.

Turned out that mapvoting was quite bugged. In patch 2 they fixed this but other problems got to the surface (dunno how or why). For example when the server was full when trying to join it just went back to main menu. Or sometimes it just always goes back to main menu without even trying to connect. When this happened you had to reboot to be able to join any server at all.

These problems got fixed in beta3 which is now in testfase.

Patch 1 got 4 betas and patch 2 got 3 beta back when they were released. So unless beta3 causes any problems we'll see the official patch3 really soon.
