uncap frame rate in UT3

I am looking for a good article to uncap my frame rate in UT3. I have searched google and found some stuff, but it all appears to be related to the DEMO and nothing to do with the full version. Can anoyone please point me to a URL or post what I need to do in order to do this?

Someone should make a sticky of the frame uncapping.
