Just looked around:
#ut3 is full of PC players
#sqaud and #war are empty except for the channel servers
#vctf and #teamX didn't exist
and I couldn't connect to #ignite

IRC is the PC UT3 players domain, gamebattles was the PS3 players, but since we lost gamebattles we're making due with what we have here. Please don't act like you know the PS3 community when you have little to no experience with it.
