Save the unzipped file in My Documents, My Games, Unreal Tournament 3, UTGame, Published, CookedPC, Custom Maps. From there, you can open UT3 and it will be there in your DM Instant Action

Most of the maps I downloaded had installers but I just downloaded a new map.. and where the heck do I put it... its the remake of DM-Rankin-classic..
