Caught a few clips of a weird glitch

I tried to put some better music on, but Windows movie maker was being an *** and only gave me 14 sec of a song that was 30.

oh and as far as WMM, when you import the video,
make sure to clear the box that says "Create clips for video files", then it wont split it up.
that annoyed me too first time i used it.
now i use premiere elements. onward n upward !

?? your video is 30 seconds, and i hear music throughout.

perhaps it wont import audio any longer than the video?
i only ever used WMM a few times ...i found it very limiting as far as options.

youre using XP or Vista?

edit: just to test things, i opened WMM on my machine (XP)
i can import video, then import audio, and use the timeline option
i dont have any problems .
i drag video to the timeline, then drag audio to timeline,
it didnt cut the audio, and audio was longer than my video test clip.

i cant imagine why its cutting your audio so short?
unless when youre importing audio, you're again forgetting to clear that box again.
youll need to clear it for both video importing, and audio importing.

i dunno...good luck.
