ps3 ut3 map/mod tool error

hi maybe someone can help i have the map/mod tool for ut3 but it won't install im running vista when i install it, it goes to 99% and says C:\Users\pugofdestiny\AppData\Local\Temp\RarSFX1\U pdate.exe

The Application has failed to start because side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see application event log for more detail.


Any ideas?

Do you have SP1 for Vista?

i Have vista home premium and if you mean vista sp1 then i might because windows update automattivally updates me all the time but if its a paid upgrade then i dont have it
