I have a Radeon x800 with a AMD 64 4000+ and 2 GB RAM I get 40-60 Frames I would say, haven't measured for some time but it is playable without trouble. I play on Details 1 (lowest) and Textures 1 though, I prefer it that way. However on Deck the framerate might drop under 30 on some occasion, but I think the problem is the map.

Simply try the demo, there is no (big) performance difference to the full game.
