Disable weapon models?

Hi all

Very sorry if this is somewhere on the forums already, it probably is, but I could not find it by using the search function.

How do you set up UT3 so that it does not show weapon models whilst in game?
The only thing I could find was 'togglescreenshotmode', but then you don't see your crosshair.

It should be fairly obvious. It's in the options in game. Go to weapon and i think its under "weapon hand", change it to hide.

I read somewhere that hiding your weapon might improve your aim and I thought it probably needs some ini tweaking, did not even bother to look in the standard settings :P

It improves your aim because it changes where the projectile comes from (instead of firing out of your barrel -- it basically comes out of your forehead).

Apart from being proof that tournament groupies exist...

It helps your aim because the bullet doesn't "catch up with the crosshairs" -- it actually (pretty much) goes straight down the crosshairs from start to finish.
