You'll need to contact Steam.

You don't need a CD key for the steam install.

I recently bought ut3 on Steam, but i cannot join any server, also, the game never asked for my CD-Key , wich is odd...

So i would like to contact support about this, but i cant seem to find any link or reference to a support site/emailadress/phone-nr.
