UT3 Benchmark Tool

This is not mine.
I ran across it and really liked it. It's simple and effective.
The site is sort of interesting as well.
The only issue I had with it was when the benchmark was done, it changed my desktop resolution (Nvidia). UT3 on it's own doesn't do that.

What does it do exactly? Does it make your game run faster or at higher FPS and how does it do this?

No it's a benchmark utility. It's just a tool to allow users to test their hardware\setup.
