How do I add Custom maps again? Something is not working...

I'm missing something fundamental here.
Got UT3 patched to 1.2 level.

Runs fine.
Put a bunch of custom maps in:
C:\Users\MYNAMEHERE\Documents\My Games\Unreal Tournament 3\UTGame\Unpublished\CookedPC\CustomMaps

which was created for me somehow. All the ini, ut3 and other files from each map are there... But the maps don't appear in Instant Action deathmatch menu.
And F10 for console and then Open gives me errors.

Anybody got a clue what I'm doing wrong? I love the new scheme of user private maps and a friendly place to put them, but it doesn't work for me. All the map readme's tell me to do the same things.
