No I am at home, mother and father run a home business but yea everytime I get on this game and go into a room I press and hold the right D-pad button and ask if people have mics and I never get a response...

They almost may as well of not fixed the mics because I haven't gotten one response back today ever since they patched it, it's pretty aggrivating.

It must be the servers you're playing on. I tried a midway server during the day and got one person to respond to me.

I will be trying it out with the Aussie crowd tonight and most of us will have mics...so I'll report back to this thread on how it all goes. I assume that it will work out ok.

I think the deceiving thing is that when you play on a server you never hear anyone speak if you don't have a mic. That is different from Resistance where I wasn't using a mic and yet I could hear everyone talking etc.

Personally I think I prefer it the way it is because when you have older people around you don't want to hear some fool swearing. LOL, my grandmother could be in the room.

yeah I just got back from testing it out. The mic was working really well for me. I was only talking to one person but I think it worked great!

Wisdom you just have to change your Output Device to System Default Device to hear voice chat through the speakers. I listed all the steps in this thread.
