    Single player bots control?

I was killing time on the uT3 single player mode and the bots were just being morons.
you're talking standing on the enemy side of the ship in Kargo CTF with the flag in hand, or unable to capture the center node in Torlan when I had the Leviathan blowing the competition away.

Is there a way to control bots in single player (campaign) mode?
UT2k4 had voice commands and/or you could change their stance (attack, defend...). I don't remember all the details since it's been years since I played 2k4 single player.

Pressing V will access the orders menu.
That said, don't expect your bots to win the match for you. Expect to do 90% of the work yourself, anyway.

I score 120-150 when the next bot on either team scores something like 50 or 60, but I just can't seem to be able to win Torlan-Leviathan. The bots seem to be unable to hold a node long enough for me to capture the next one, and it's hard to cap nodes, protect the prime *and* worry about the enemy orb carrier by myself.
They can't seem to use the Levi properly and I have yet to see a bot heal a vehicle...

Are you guys playing on novice or something? I will say that the AI is lacking and that they're aimbots on all skill levels, but I played through the campaign alone on the second skill, and they could win a map if I could keep the prime node defended. They also heal their vehicles and love using them, although they sometimes do stupid things with them.

The bots did an OK (not stellar) job until now but not on this map.

Aaarg, this is so frustrating, I cap 3 nodes by myself, tell all the bots to defend the prime node, and even with a Levi they can hold it!?!?!?!?

finally! it took me at least 12 attempts

on the winning game my score was 172, the next bot on my team 50, and the highest ot on the other team 71. I fiddled with the orders (V) some, maybe that helped. Still, I was defending the final prime with the leviathan and the bots were not attacking the core, "attack all" I guess means jump in the levi side turrets and defend with me...
so I guess I just waited for overtime for their core to die...

I distinctly remember Mike Rein, IIRC, in that IGN preview we all probably saw way back in E3-05. Full real time fleshed out bots my ***, man.
