Why I don't hear sound ??

I have one problem.I haven't any sound in cut-scenes.I hear music only, but I don't hear voice of characters, and sounds of environment, like explosions.Why??

I know my english is not perfect...xd

do you run xfire? it sometimes give problems with UT3 sounds
