How to reset keys to default?

It seems like a simple answer, but no the Reset to Defaults button doesn't work. *sigh*

Any way to do it from the ini file?

Delete the UTInput.ini

Yeah, delete the UTInput.ini (My Docs/My Games/UT3/UTGame/Config), the game will create a fresh one the next time you start the game. Backup your old ini before, just in case.
