game keeps crashing

UT3 randomly crashed on me. I can be playing for 5 mins or 2 hours and all of a sudden game crashes and I get this error report:

I am running vista 64 with quad core, 4 gigs of ram, and a Geforce 8800 ultra.
Does anyone else have this problem and is there a known fix. I have the latest drivers, and I also have the game patched.

did not have the exaxct same problem but

try updating your DirectX, maybe that helps
