I finally installed UT3

I bought it the 2nd day it was out. I didn't install it cause I was playing BioShock and cause I heard so much bad stuff about it.

So I decided to wait for some patches. Last night I installed it with patch 2. So now I gotta go and try to set it up and do some settings changes, etc. I must be blind, I cannot see in the UI where I can change key assignments...

I did load up a couple of maps though and I thought it looks very very good visually, at least in my opinion anyway.

Maybe I'll see you guys around for real now...

Add one more new player to the mix anyway...

i just finished bioshock too, it was the best history/single player experience i ever had thought it could had a better final battle and better final cutscene

but there is no ut3 in the stores here so...
but thats actually a good thing, so i get it when real patches and bonuspacks are released

In the input section at the bottom right theres a little button saying "keys"

You might need to click advanced 1st though, cant remember.

Actually that was another clan. I was surprised at the number of [TT] clan names I found when I started looking. I guess [TT] is not very original. In my case it is simply my initials. I started using it when my wife started to play. She has her own gaming rig and goes by [TT]Snake.

But thanks for the "keys" hint...

It is there, it's just not always obvious. You'll get used to the menus quite quickly. And welcome to the fray!
