Is it possible to force 64 players (or override the 32 players limit) in off-line matches? I've manually edited the UTGame.ini and changed the MaxPlayers line with a value of 64 but it didn't worked.

Well you wouldn't need to. With the system in my sig I already run at very good frame rates with 32 bots on large Warfare maps with all in-game settings to their maximum at 1280x1024. The Unreal Engine 3 is very well optimized, and I know that I'd be able to run with 63 bots without problems.
With that said it does look like playing with 63 bots off-line is just impossible at the moment. I hope Epic changes that in their next patch, because right now having only 16 players per team on large Warfare maps like Avalanche for example it just doesn't feel like "warfare" to me. It's more like a vacant map with action focused on several spots. On smaller maps it's ok, I have no problems with that, but it's on bigger maps that it gets "lacky", I'd really like an additional number of bots so I can just practice myself in a chaotic match (and that's how I like it, maybe I'm just too used to play Invasion in UT2004).

Well the thing is the Max Players bar under the Server settings does go up to 64 players, but that just means that my server can host up to 64 players, and not only that, but also meaning only human players. Under the Settings, for the Number of Opponents, it only goes up to 32 players, and that one concerns the bots.
