    I keep getting in the zone! - PS3 UT3

I've never been very good at FPS games, especially not multiplayer, but for some reason i'm utterly awesome at this game, I won two Deathmatches with over 10 people in them, and I seem to just have a knack for the rocket launcher and sniper rifle/shock rifle, got the 'Rocket Scientist' award and 'Blue Streak' award.

It's just so awesome playing this game, there's almost zero lag even with 10+ people in the room (touch of teleporting but nothing major) and the game runs really smooth almost all the time...

I'm just really practising with all the weapons to get the best ways of using them, I haven't even started a singleplayer campaign yet and i'm kicking ***!

Anyone else find the PS3 version of UT3 much better than the PC version?

(I own both and my PC sucks for running it)

Good to hear you're enjoying it. Spread the word, get more people to buy it. ;|

If your PC can't run it well, of course you're going to prefer the PS3 version. To be honest I haven't played the UT3 PS3 more than 3 times since I've bought it, but I play it on the PC almost daily.

That having been said, I was impressed with it on the PS3 when I first tried it. I just don't see much of a point without split-screen, I bought it to play against friends. I have my PC for online gaming.

All it takes is a job... Besides, if he's already got the system to go with it, might as well pick it up.

Hehe me too. I bought one on CD when it first came out, then when I got a DVD drive I bought the Collector's edition for the VTM modules, then when I bought UT3 it came bundled with a copy of Unreal Anthology that I wasn't expecting. Bonus!

Well done! It's great that you're winning, well done. I personally like the PC version far better. That's just me though.

I wouldn't ever call myself rich. And even though I did buy it twice, I'm starting to regret it. :/

I bought it for my PS3, and then for my PC. My PC sadly couldn't run it, but I left it in the disk tray. My PC then broke and now won't turn on. I can't get the disk out now...

VERY CAREFULLY WITH THE COMPUTER UNPLUGGED use a unbent paper clip and push inside the little hole beneath the disktray.

I can´t stress enough the need to have the PC UNPLUGGED so you don´t electrocute yourself and die a horrible death.

It should give a little resistance and then start to move while you get the game out, don´t over use this as it can damage your CD / DVD rom drive.

Let me know how it went.
