Backing up Campaign Save?

Is there a way to backup my campaign savegame so that I can show my friend the opening intro sequence of the SP mode and subsequently let him play a few of the following missions? I rather not have to restart all over again after he is done.

The campaign is better than I expected, and the cinematic cutscene at the start is absolutely fantastic.

Thank you very much! However, I noticed the savegame file is named after your profile. So, if I get my friend to create a new profile, and he starts a new campaign, he won't overwrite my own profile's progress, right?
