mouse acceleration PLEASE HELP

Epic is a bunch of asshats and they will NOT give us an option to tweak it.

I don't know why - as far as I can see they don't care about us PC users. (yes they gave us patch 1.2 but consistently IGNORE ANY MENTION OF MOUSE ACCELERATION)

Personally, I'd like to add MORE acceleration.

Even though it's been said before, I'm gonna say it again, Epic, this game needs a quick way to turn off mouse accel. For most PC users, it's very annoying. I don't care how good MA is for joysticks, that doesn't mean it's a good idea to alienate the PC base like that.

does anyone know how to turn this off TOTALLY? turning it off in XP, and UTinput doesnt turn it completely off... unless ive done it wrong. can anyone help me?
