Finding a Mod?

Can you guys help me locate a mod that turned off all the lights in the stages and equipped everyone with a flashlight tied to their weapons. I really want to try that mod out, but cannot find it anywhere.

I believe the name was "Lights out" or something, but nothing comes up. Thankyou.

not sure about ut3 but i remember playing something like that on previous ut, think it was called darkmatch but my memory aint that good
