Is it possible to change the main menu map, to something else that will reduce the silly loading time of main menu to minimum?

What do you mean loading time of the main menu? The start up time from the splash to the main menu? If so, no. It will always take that much time as it is starting up the game. You can edit the .ini files to get rid of the product vids (Intel, Nvidia, etc.) at the beginning to make it a little quicker.

Having to wait to load the Main Menu is one of the biggest flaws in the user interface. Also, if you want to pull up the server browser, you have to leave the server you're on and load the Main Menu. (In contrast, in UT99 and UT 2004, if you wanted to check out activity on other servers, you could go to the menu and pull up the server browser in, say, 2 seconds.)
The slow and clunky user interface is one of the big reasons why online player counts (for the PC) are so low for this game.
