General Question about UnrealEditor

Hello, I didn't know where to post this, but anyway I am considering on getting the PC version for UnrealEditor (and make + cook my mods for my PS3 game), I just wanted to know the requirements for the program itself. Yeah, it does sound like a silly question, but no one ever said anything about the editor itself. lol

My specs are:

Radeon 9600 128MB
P4 3.0ghz HT
1GB Ram

You pretty much just need to run the game well. But from looking at your specs, I dont think you'll even be able to run it on low settings with good FPS. Have you considered building a new PC?

Nah, that's ok, I know my way when it comes to building PCs, but thanks anyway.

I just don't plan anytime soon on getting a new PC, to be honest, outside of using the internet, I don't use it outside of that. Also I spent a good deal on my home theatre setup recently, so I don't plan on spending again anytime soon. lol
