How do I reduce the volume of my own footsteps & grunts?

I want to reduce the volume of my own footsteps and grunting noises but not change the volume of other characters around me. Is there a way to do this?

You do not. There is no way to do this. If there was I'm sure it would be on here already.

There is a way to up the pickup sounds. It was in Ultron's tweak - thread IIRC
