Necropolis is good, more balanced. I probably should have put that for "best". But my favorite is sandstorm. Flagging in sandstorm is practically a science.

Personally I like Sandstorm...I love dropping down from the bridge while piloting a Darwalker, and raining down death on all who get in my way...lol..
