    Is that an improvement? haha

The driver does seem to be an improvement, just feels abit more solid, not try any benchmarks though.

        eep!
169.13 to these took my crysis literally from 44fps to *gulps* 13fps. IMPROVEMENT?!
SLI bug maybe? no idea... same settings entirely. 1920x1200 very high settings 0xFSAA

        i love my 169.13!!

Maybe you guys can help me. I installed these drivers, but didn't see any substantial increase in performance, still around 30-40 fps. The thing is, with the hardware I have, I should be higher than that i think... my processor is the only thing that i can think of that's holding me back, but it's dual core, so its not THAT old...

          Pentium D 940 Presler 3.2GHz
          8800GTS PCI-E 640mb
          4 gigs of ram
          vista ultimate 32

Is it seriously my processor that keeps my frame rate in the mid-to-low 30's and sometimes dropping into the mid 20s?

I think it must be. Probably a few frames lost from running vista, and a good deal from the processor.

I was reading about all the hell you have to go through to get SLI working at all in Crysis on the incrysis forums. Something about setting it to single GPU to get it to actually use SLI... gotta love Crysis.

Eh, the only difference listed between this one and the previous one is that the new one has international language support. Unless I'm completely missing something.

The difference is that these are entirely different drivers. The release notes for the new ones say that they are designed for improved performance in Crysis with SLI. But the release notes don't say everything-- and I'm definitely getting better FPS in Unreal Tournament/Across the board.
