Noob Question About Screenshots

Well 1st of all I am trying to show a picture in the Pictures thread but I can't figure out how to get it to show instead of just a link or w/e, at the end of the link is .png, I put it onto imageshack but I have no idea how to type this out in chat to get it to show regularly, any help would be appreciated, and yes I know its a bad question

you can either do [ img ] URLHERE [ /img ] or [ shot ] urlhere [ /shot ], without the spaces between the brackets

Use this tag, but instead of shat, use shot: [shat] your link here [/shat]
