I got the game to work finally

I got the latest drivers for my GForce 6800, and thats what made it work along with the patch.

The game plays fine under the right settings.

My only problem now is how do you make the graphics better so theyre not blurry

Buy a better video card and install it

You cannot run the game at very good screen res or quality settings with that card. If you want nice graphics, you need to get a better card. Here is a review of cards.

Dont worry I got it. It was only at 50%

Yeah I had the game running on a GeForce 6200 and it plays fine as long as you don't go crazy on the resolution or world detail.
