Speech Recognition in UT3?

There seems to be quite a lot of support for speech recognition in the unreal script source, but is it possible to enable it on the PC?

I'd like to control my mutator with voice commands as well as order the bots about. Is this currently possible or will support be added in a later patch?

UT2k4 had voice control of bots and I think UT3 does as well. If not it's probably just another thing sacrificed on the altar of "Get UT3 out the door."
