Stinger Minigun - overpowered or not?

they nerfed the stinger from the demo. the demo did 14 dmg, the retail does 7.

The Stinger is a Liandri mining tool that fires shards of Tarydium crystal at an alarming rate. Continuous fire causes overheating, leading to a catalytic process that makes the shards even more deadly. The alternate fire shoots larger, semi-sapient shards that will veer towards a locked-on opponent.

Usually i try to retreat from battle when someone using UT3Stinger vs me;

never use stinger agains other players - thats not honest and not fair.


p.s. alt fire is not overpowered - only primary fire.

Sadly it's underpowered when I use it. I play off line and it seems like it takes a lot of shots to bring the bots down. But in their hand it...Ting, Ting, Ting you're dead.
